Quotes and Estimates

Our quotes are provided based on the information you supply and are subject to:

• Site survey and inspection by Arthur Sterling or team
• Final confirmation of materials and scope
• Potential adjustments based on property access or weather conditions

Payment Terms

Payment terms will be agreed upon before work commences. We accept various payment methods and can discuss flexible arrangements for larger projects.

Guarantee & Warranty

All Sterling & Co. roofing work is backed by a 25-year structural guarantee covering materials and workmanship. This guarantee is transferable to new property owners.

Limitation of Liability

Sterling & Co. will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for services provided.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms. Changes will be posted on our website and are effective immediately upon posting.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
